Thinking... Thinking...

Good evening, guys :))
I got home about 2 hours ago..
Why?
Because I watched a basketball in our school. :P
I'm not really the type of girl who likes staying late at school, except during school intramurals \m/
Anyway, what should I talk about tonight? :D
Yes, yes, I don't have any topic for today..
My mind's blank because I'm too nervous for tomorrow..
We will be going up against the seniors in a volleyball game, and well, I'm not that confident..
Haha!!
Okay, I'll think of a topic so I can post again tonight ;)
Bye!

True Friendship

Hello there.
I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago, but because of our practice, I wasn't able to spend those hours resting/studying/blogging.
*sigh*
Anyway, my first ever topic in this blog popped into my mind while I was having a test in World History. ;)
TRUE FRIENDSHIP
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hate it when people choose their friends based on how rich they are- which school they come from, what units of cellphones they use, how many gadgets they have and whether or not they speak English in a regular basis or not. Why do they have to do that? Would money always save friendship? Let's face the fact that not even money can cure a broken relationship, so why choose material things over true friendship? Friendship that will stay strong through any hardships.

I have different kinds of friends. Let's name my closest friends as follows:

  • Elyza
  • Joseph
  • Merylle
  • Ariana
  • John
  • Danica
Technically, Merylle and Ariana are rich. I'm not lying, I've been with them for years now and I even know their parents personally. Ariana has LOTS of gadgets, those of the most expensive brands. What she wants, she gets. She's rich, okay? Although she doesn't treat us anything. *sigh*

On the other hand, Elyza, Joseph and John are not that fortunate with money. They're not necessarily poor, just not reaching the "I can buy what I want" status. They even apologize when they can't give me Christmas presents. And Danica, she had been having vision problems for so many years before she decided to ask her parents for a pair of glasses because of financial problems. But she still manages to produce better outputs that I do!

How about me? I'm one of those "I can buy what I want, but I should save my own money" people, but I never limited my friends to people on my own level.

But why do other people do so? What is their issue? Are they ashamed to have friends who can't afford to buy Apple iPods or Rolex watches or Zoo York shoes? That is not the essence of friendship. If that's what you're looking for, you're not searching for a friend, you need a parent. A parent who spoils his child and gives him whatever he likes without hesitation.

Learn to value the true meaning of friendship. More importantly, learn to value the people who never leave your side.

Okay, I'm done for now :P
Better do my homeworks in case there would be classes tomorrow :D
Bye!

Hello Bloggers

After a few years of writing my own stories, I decided to start my own blog- a personal one. I’ve made my blogger account years ago, only for the purpose of having one. Then I made my first blog last vacation for my review shop. However, I realized that I need a blog for myself where I can write whatever I want because it’s mine.

Anyways, call me Dan. I’m fifteen and I love writing. I always thought of creating a blog where people can read my opinions about everything and get to know me at the same time. Blame it on my busy schedule that I had no spare time to do so. First, I was in the stage of adjusting to my new environment with my new classmates. Second, I had to focus on my studies because my test scores were starting to slip. Third, we were busy with the class competitions. And now, it’s our school intramurals and I’m more than determined to win. \m/

Okay, so maybe some of you are thinking “Why is she writing in English instead of her own language?” The answer is simple: This blog is not only for Filipinos. I don’t limit myself to Filipino readers because it gives me satisfaction when people from other countries notice my stories/articles.

Enough of that. It’s late, it’s Monday tomorrow and I have classes early in the morning. So, annyeong!!
